The ALPAYANA GROUP is an organization dedicated to the exploration, development, preparation, extraction, processing, and beneficiation of polymetallic minerals such as Cu, Zn, Pb, and Ag. Our vision is to be a leading mining group in the region, recognized for our operational excellence and responsible management.
Our policy is aligned with the four pillars that define the ALPAYANA GROUP, maximizing value for our shareholders, employees, communities, and clients efficiently, while upholding high standards of safety, health, environment, and social responsibility.
Our framework of action is based on the following:
- A prevention culture that ensures the safety and health of our employees, contractor workers, and everyone under our responsibility within our facilities, aiming to prevent injuries and health deterioration.
- A principle of environmental protection and respect, preventing and/or minimizing negative impacts while prioritizing the management of water resources.
- Promotion of sustainable development for the communities within the area of influence of our operations through actions with a positive impact, based on a relationship of trust and constructive engagement.
In this regard, the ALPAYANA GROUP commits to:
- Comply with the regulatory framework and the commitments undertaken by our organization related to labor, environmental, safety, occupational health, and social responsibility aspects, as well as ensuring the quality of our products.
- Ensure safe and healthy workplaces by eliminating and/or reducing hazards, minimizing occupational health and safety risks, and identifying, evaluating, and controlling environmental aspects to guarantee environmental protection.
- Promote open, transparent, and equitable dialogue with our team and the surrounding communities.
- Guarantee continuous improvement of our MASSTC Integrated Management System, based on risk management.
- Foster a culture of visible leadership, promoting and ensuring the participation and consultation of our employees and their representatives.
- Organize training, awareness, and sensitization programs to ensure compliance with our policy, standards, procedures, objectives, and goals related to integrated management of the environment, safety, occupational health, and quality.
