Trainee Program 2025

At Alpayana, we continue to invest in young talent through our 2025 Trainee Program. Sixteen young professionals—6 at our corporate office and 10 across our mining units—will begin an immersive experience, taking on real challenges from day one and gaining a deep understanding of our business.
