I Go Digital
IN ORDER TO PROMOTE INNOVATION AND CONTINUE ON THE ROAD TO DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION.
Digital transformation involves a cultural shift in which people are the cornerstone for achieving this significant transition.
In 2021, we launched the “I Go Digital” program with the goal of encouraging our employees to promote initiatives to digitize manual processes across all areas of Alpayana, both operational and administrative.
To date, we have received over 120 proposals, which have been evaluated based on various criteria such as diagnostic planning, level of digitization, impact, and feasibility of implementation.
The finalists selected by our management committee were recognized as Alpayana’s change agents and received technological awards in acknowledgment of their proposals.
