COMMITTED TO INCREASING WOMEN’S PARTICIPATION IN MINING
For us, the role of women in mining is extremely important. That is why we are constantly seeking and implementing actions to increase female participation across all locations within our mining group, as part of our Diversity and Gender Equity strategy.
In this context, in 2021, we joined the Women In Mining (WIM) network of allies. This non-profit organization has been working for six years to reduce gender equity gaps in the mining sector by developing projects, action plans, training programs, and activities involving 36 allied entities, including mining companies, suppliers, embassies, trade associations, and international institutions.
Together with WIM, we will continue working towards an equitable mining industry for everyone.
