As part of strengthening our safety culture at Alpayana, we have enhanced key tools to deepen awareness of safety across all our operations. One of the main tools is the “STOP CARD,” used to halt any unsafe task or activity. This card has the full support of General Management and aims to reinforce employees’ commitment to exercising their duty and right to stop activities to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to guarantee the safety of operations.

Additionally, we standardized the 10 golden rules across all operations as part of our preventive approach, establishing key guidelines to raise awareness and guide workers toward safe behaviors in all activities. These rules are essential for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring that every team member takes responsibility for protecting their own life and the lives of their colleagues.
